Priyanka has over 14 years of experience in practicing corporate commercial law and has advised her clients on a variety of legal issues. Her primary areas of practice includes commercial contracting, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, media and entertainment and general corporate matters. She has diverse experience of representing big and small corporates and start-ups on a variety of legal matters and believes in providing practical legal solutions.

Priyanka also has vast experience in rendering regulatory and corporate advice on various corporate matters including proposed joint ventures, technology collaborations, cross-border investments and financings. She has independently advised clients across the globe in various business sectors and has always prioritised client satisfaction above anything else.

Priyanka graduated law from Campus Law Centre, Delhi in the year 2006 and is also a qualified company secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in 2006. She has worked with some of the top tier law firms in India including Trilegal and J. Sagar Associates and has been independently practicing since 2015.
